MOJ VIS is a mobile application designed for residents and visitors of the island of Vis, Croatia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Core principle: MOJ VIS is designed with minimal data collection. We do not collect personal data such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

• When: Only when you use the "Click & Fix" feature to report an issue
• Why: To identify the exact location of the reported problem
• Note: Location is collected ONLY when you actively report an issue, not in the background

2.2 Photographs

• When: Only when you use the "Click & Fix" feature
• Why: To allow you to attach an image of the reported problem
• Note: We access your camera/gallery only when you grant permission

2.3 Push Notifications

• When: If you enable notifications
• Why: To receive urgent notifications from the municipality (e.g., water supply interruption)
• Note: You can disable them at any time in your device settings

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Passwords
• Financial data
• Browsing data
• Usage analytics

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data from "Click & Fix" reports (location and photo of the problem) is shared exclusively with the relevant services of the City of Vis and Municipality of Vis to resolve the reported issue.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Secure server access

• Disable location access in your device settings
• Disable camera/gallery access in your device settings
• Disable push notifications in your device settings

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
